- We will open up a ticket with Airbnb right away to get a resolution request started
- We will handle any escalations if necessary and make sure to get you reimbursed

- We will take care of general maintenance
- Replacing lightbulbs, fixing drawers and cabinets, handling minor paint jobs are some of the things that we handle.

Review Management
- We work hard to get you the best reviews
- In case of any less than optimal reviews, we follow-up with the guests to get the review changed
- We also follow up with Airbnb in cases where we may disagree with a review to get it revoked.
Listing Advertisement
- We promote your listings on various social media platforms to get you maximum occupancy
